RackTables is a free, open-source data center asset management system that helps IT teams document, visualize, and manage physical infrastructure including servers, network equipment, IP address space, and cabling. It provides a web-based interface where administrators can map out rack layouts, track hardware assets, and maintain an accurate inventory of their entire data center environment.

Originally developed for managing large-scale data centers, RackTables scales equally well for small server rooms and enterprise environments. How to Install

1. Download the RackTables archive from the link below and extract it to your web server directory.
2. Create a MySQL database and user for RackTables.
3. Configure your web server (Apache or Nginx) to serve the wwwroot/ directory.
4. Navigate to the RackTables URL in your browser and follow the web-based installation wizard.
5. Enter your database credentials, complete the setup, and log in with the default admin account.
